Hello World!

We're excited to launch our custom platform (now in beta) and our new marketing site to all our customers. We're launching with:

A small starting version of our proprietary documentation library.
A private slack community for customers.
Our first custom tool (growth modelling).
6 awesome perks for our customers.

While the above deliverables might seem small, we've done the hard work behind the scenes of laying a foundation that will scale over the coming months and we've focussed on getting the most important thing right: customer service.

Here's the 3 things we're most proud of (behind the scenes):

We've built our own user management backend system from scratch and built a hosting framework on Google Cloud that allows us to deploy updates and fixes quickly at scale. This includes the ability to quickly launch new tools within the existing app.
We've gotten crystal clear on exactly who we are targeting and the transformation we provide to customers. We've updated our marketing site accordingly.
We've moved over all of our customer support to Intercom and added some backend stuff (tickets, reporting etc) to ensure that we are delivering the best support humanely possible.
