Seeking Sigma Limited (“Seeking Sigma,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) operates the website, applications and social media sites to provide products and services offered by Seeking Sigma (hereinafter referred to as “Service”).

As a condition of using our Service and as stated in our Terms of Service, we will engage in the automatic scanning or crawling of your emails to ensure that your emails do not contain spam or malicious links.  Additionally, in certain instances, including if an email is flagged during our automated scanning/crawling review, we will conduct a manual review of your emails to ensure that the emails do not contain spam or malicious links, fraudulent or prohibited content (as defined in our Terms of Service), or do not contain content that would threaten the safety of another person.  During the automated scanning/crawling or the manual review process, we may collect Personal Data, to the extent it is contained in the content of the scanned or review emails.  Such Personal Data is stored or used by us only to the extent necessary to determine if an email’s content contains spam, prohibited or fraudulent content, or threatens the safety of others.

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your Personal Data is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Retention of Data

We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If your account is deleted, deactivated or terminated, your Personal Data will be deleted within twelve (12) months from termination or deactivation.
